For Heritage Week, 15-23 August, the Disert Heritage Group is proud to present a series of short videos about the connections people have to the wonderful site of Disert. Each day over the course of Heritage Week these will be shared on Facebook and here on our website – so make sure you check in daily to see them.
AGM
The Disert Heritage Group’s A.G.M will be held on Tuesday 4th August at 7.00pm in the Bluestack Centre, Drimarone. Social distancing measures will be in place.
Covid-19
With the current Covid-19 situation we will not be holding our annual prayers/mass and social event to commemorate St Colmcille’s Day this year. We hope to be back later in the year with some interesting events.

Fancy trying your hand at Archaeology?
We have a limited number of places for community volunteers to take part in the excavation between 1 July and 19 July. Come for a day, a week or for all three weeks – we are flexible, places are FREE however BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL. No experience necessary.
